Interested in obtaining your Broker's license? This 45 hour course has been developed and approved by the Department of State, Division of Licensing Services. During the course, students will learn the aspects of becoming a broker. In order to receive the 22.5 hours of continuing education for this course, the student must be in compliance with DOS attendance rules and pass the final exam on the last day of class. Failure to do either will mean no CE credit earned. PLEASE READ THIS…… if you have ever thought of getting your brokers license…….. I have placed “Plain Language” blocks in italicized blue color under the paragraphs with underlined changes. You might be unpleasantly surprised if you choose to wait until after July1, 2008 to get your brokers license. There is a broker class starting February 6th at the Association, please take action now if you are considering getting your brokers license. Suzanne

graduate the course, at least 40 ˝ out
of the 45 hours. Cost:
$335 ($300 course plus $35 textbook).
